The ministers of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) begin to analyze on Friday (2) the seventh block of denounced by the Attorney General’s Office (PGR) for participation in the acts of January 8, in Brasília. The judges finished last night the analysis of another 131 people in the sixth block, made defendants for incitement to crime and criminal association.

Of the 70 denounced in this seventh block, 64 are cited in the investigation that investigates the alleged instigators of the acts and six for carrying out the invasion and depredation of the headquarters of the Three Powers, both reported by Minister Alexandre de Moraes.

The analysis of the inquiries will be carried out once again in the virtual plenary of the STF until 23:59 on June 9th. If the denouncements are received, criminal actions will be instituted and the denounced become defendants.

Since the beginning of the analysis actions, the STF has already made 1,245 defendants denounced by the PGR.
