State hands over capacity ordinances for 83 civil servants transferred to the Union – News of Brazil

The government of the state of Amapá carried out this Friday (21) the delivery of the capacity ordinances for the 83 new federal servants of the former territory, sent to the state. This year alone is the second wave of servers to be made available to the state government after the conclusion of the documental procedures of the transposition process. In addition to these, another 465 new federal servants have already been sent to the municipalities of the state.
The Secretariats of State for Administration (Sead) and Transposition (Seat) interviewed the civil servants individually to better understand their skills, personal and professional experiences until their transposition. After this survey, the best unit for them to be allocated was found, guaranteeing better working conditions combined with a better quality of life, since most have already made a significant contribution to the development of the state.
“The fight of Senator Randolfe and the fight of the federal bench was very important to approve Constitutional Amendment projects that turned this right. From the Amendment, there is another fight, which is the effective transposition, and today more 83 servants of the former territory are being recognized as servants of the Union. They are transferred to the federal payroll, continuing to provide services to the state”, stressed Governor Clécio Luís.
The goal is to allocate them to bodies where they can perform their functions in the best possible way, combining the needs of institutions with the reality of servers, such as places close to their residence, as well as in communities that have already acted. Sead has the role of welcoming all federal servants from the former territory, crowding to carry out their functions in secretariats, schools or in any unit of the state government.
These servers received from the hands of Governor Clécio Luís and Senator Randolfe Rodrigues the capacity ordinance and the letter of referral to the secretariats, among them: Seed, Dgpc, Sema, Smpp, Sesa, seat, Ueap, Setrap, Rurap, Hemoap, Sdr, Secult, Gabgov, Secbea, Sete, Agência aAmapá, Lacen, Svs and Pca.
“The deliveries symbolize the realization of a dream of all these servants, which is to move to the Union staff and go back to work. A lengthy process, a long struggle to be consolidated, but today, 83 more servants were contemplated and benefited from the ordinances. In the last four months the Transposition has advanced much more than in the past four years”, celebrated Senator Randolfe.
3,874 civil servants have already gone through the transposition process, included in the sheet. Of this total, 1,989 civil servants are available to the Government of Amapá, 1,653 by Constitutional Amendment No. 79 and 339 by EC 98.
