Macapá City Hall begins this Monday (26) the activities of the Escolinha Esportiva that will be offered at the Glicério Marques Sports Complex. There are 13 modalities aimed at children and adolescents aged 7 to 17, seniors aged 60 and over and People with Disabilities (PWD). The sports offered are traditional: futsal, football, boxing, ballet, swimming and volleyball.
There are 30 vacancies per category. The school has martial, conventional and activities for People with Disabilities (PWD), taekwondo/parataekwondo, Jiu-jitsu/parajiu-jitsu, judo/parajudo, paralympic bocce and karate/parakarate.
The project initiative is carried out by Macapá City Hall, through the Municipal Department of Sports and Leisure (Semel). The classes are part of one of the largest public social inclusion plans in the city and will be held after school.
