Sisu 2024: selection results are released this Tuesday – 01/30/2024 – Education

The MEC (Ministry of Education) releases this Tuesday (30) the results of the first call in 2024 for Sisu (Unified Selection System), a program that offers places in federal universities based on the Enem test.
The Sisu result can be consulted on the MEC’s Single Access Portal and at the educational institutions in which the candidate registered.
Those selected have from February 1st to 7th to enroll.
From this year onwards, the selection will be unique, and no longer biannual. In total, 264,254 places are offered in 127 educational institutions.
Furthermore, Sisu will adopt the new rules of the Quota Law, which reserves 50% of vacancies for black, brown, indigenous, quilombola and people with disabilities candidates who attended high school in a public school.
Another new feature is that the waiting list can be used throughout the year by higher education institutions that participate in the program. Thus, the candidate who is not selected in the regular call may express interest in participating in the waiting list, from January 30th to February 7th, also through the Single Access Portal.
