In the program, 16 of the best chefs in Manaus prepare regional and international dishes
Manaus (AM) – Shopping Ponta Negra has already entered the countdown to the 5th edition of its “Arraial Chefs de Ponta” on the next 7th, 8th and 9th of July, in the front parking lot, on Avenida Coronel Teixeira, Ponta Negra, starting at 5pm.
In the programming, 16 of the best chefs in Manaus prepare dishes of regional and international cuisine in a unique way with the touch of each one of them. The curatorship is by Rota dos Chefs, a gastronomic project with the largest gathering of chefs in Manaus, which seeks to bring haute cuisine closer to the population. There will also be musical shows, square dancing and a special structure for children to have fun in the kids space.
Among the musical attractions, Shopping Ponta Negra invited the talented artists Dudu Brasil, Afonso Cearense, Márcia Novo, Wanderley Andrade and a special presentation by Márcia Siqueira with an unprecedented and special repertoire for the event.
This edition of the fair is sponsored by Amanda Beauty, Shizen Veículos and Faculdade La Salle, which will have a special space for interacting with customers during the event.

People are already dreaming of the shrimp frittata or dried meat pastry prepared by chef Dedé Parente, from Cachaçaria do Dedé; or the Argentine chorizo, chimichurri and farofa by chef Fabiano Lima, from the Pobre Juan restaurant.
For those looking for sweets, chef Tiago Castro will prepare his famous waffle with Nutella and strawberries, banana pie and coconut ice cream cake. There is also shrimp in pineapple, by Martina Caminha; and Menga Rôla will bring your ham sandwich, in addition to the spicy tortiglione. Paulo Fortunato will bring the traditional tacacá and the fish sandwich with cilantro sauce.
There is also typical food: at chef Cintia Soares’ space there will be pamonha, canjica and mungunzá. The other chefs are Edcarlos Coelho, Eduardo Avelino, Babu Loureiro, Isis, Milton Rôla, Gleidson Gomes, Roberta Lima, Rebecca Figueira and Lídia Mota, the latter is also the organizer of the Chefs Route. “The June festivities keep a special space in people’s affective memory, with colors, sounds, smells and flavors. We want to rescue all this by bringing together gastronomy, dances, music in a special space so that everyone can have fun and enjoy this festival that is beyond good”,
points out, noting that this is the fifth edition of the event that has already entered the mall’s official calendar.
