Qualification

Interested candidates must meet certain requirements

Manaus (AM) — Registration for the English course at Sesc Amazonas is open and can be made at the Education Department of Sesc Centro, located at Rua Henrique Martins, 427, from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 4:30pm.

Vacancies are offered free of charge through the Commitment and Free Program (PCG). Interested candidates must meet the following requirements: be between 14 and 35 years old; be a commercial worker or dependent, or enrolled/egressed from the public education network, and have a monthly family income of up to three minimum wages; general public also with an income limit of up to three minimum wages.

In total, there are 28 vacancies distributed between the Danilo de Matos Areosa units, in the center of Manaus, and the José Ribeiro Soares unit, at Sesc Balneário (Av. Constantinopla, 288, Alvorada). Classes are expected to start on February 24th, with classes on Fridays and Saturdays.

This time, we are offering a free language course, which will contribute to the professional and personal training of students, in addition to providing knowledge of new cultures,”

Enrollment

The candidate or parents/legal guardian, in the case of a minor under 18, must register in person with the following documents: family income self-declaration form, school declaration, proof of family income, and copy of the interested party’s ID and CPF and of the legal guardian, copy of proof of income, and CPF and ID of all family members who carry out paid work.

The list of candidates selected to enroll will be published on February 9th, on the website: www.sesc-am.com.br, where the notice with all information regarding language scholarships, such as the application process, is also available. selection and classification, schedule and required documents.
