Dancer and teacher Fabio Tavares will hold free workshops at Sesc 24 de Maio, in São Paulo, to present the fundamental principles of the Klein posture technique.

The demonstrations will feature slow stretching exercises that aim to align the bone architecture with the postural support muscles.
POSTURE 2
The workshops with Fabio, who lives abroad, will only be held this Saturday (9) and Sunday (10). On the 16th and 17th of this month they will be guided by body therapist Cacá Nadai.

Lawyers Marco Aurélio de Carvalho, coordinator of Prerrogativas, and Gabriela Araujo received guests at the legal group’s get-together party, held at Casa Natura Musical, in São Paulo, on Thursday night (7).
