Senac Amazonas offers qualification courses in the area of technology

140 places are being offered, classes only on Saturdays
Manaus (AM) – Enrollments were opened by Senac Amazonas for those interested in participating in free qualification courses promoted by the institution in areas related to the technology sector. 140 vacancies are being offered, with workloads between 36h and 72h, and 14 years as the minimum age for registration, the activities make up the Senac Free Program (PSG), which allocates full scholarships to low-income people.
Vacancies remain available until next Monday (24). Enrollment in the courses that will be taught at the headquarters of the Center Specialized in Informatics (CEI) must be made during business hours (9 am to 5 pm) in this teaching unit, located at Av. Darcy Vargas, 288, Chapada neighborhood.
At the time of registration, interested parties must present personal documents (RG and CPF), proof of residence and school certification. For the completion of registrations for minors under 18, in addition to the documentation, the relative or legal guardian must sign a term of commitment and a proof of self-declaration of income.
Courses offered
Among the courses available at the CEI, two of them: “Install and Configure Hardware Components” and “Operate Client Operating Systems, Office Applications and Peripherals” start next Monday (24th), and continue until the next 3rd and August 16th respectively.

- Install and Configure Hardware Components
Period: July 24th to August 3rd / Time: 6pm to 10pm
Prerequisites: Minimum age: 15 years old – Elementary school (1st to 5th year) complete
- Operate Client Operating Systems, Office Applications and Peripherals
Period: July 24th to August 16th / Hours: 8 am to 12 pm
Prerequisites: Minimum age: 14 years old – Elementary school (1st to 5th year) completed
- Graphics applications: CorelDraw and Photoshop
Period: August 28th to September 19th / Time: 1pm to 5pm
Prerequisites: 14 years old, 7th year of Elementary School II
Specific requirement/knowledge: Basic IT
- Develop Financial Calculations in Spreadsheets
Period: July 7th to August 18th – Time: 6pm to 10pm
Prerequisites: Minimum age: 14 years old / Education: attending or having completed high school
- CCNAv7: Introduction to Networks – CCNA 1*
Period: July 29 to September 23 – Hours: 08:00 to 17:00
Prerequisites: Minimum age: 15 years old / Education: attending high school.
Requirement: specific knowledge: text editors, spreadsheets, basic operating system and file handling in Windows Explorer or Linux.
