Bolsonarist governor Tarcísio de Freitas (Republicans) has been promoting serial setbacks since last year’s election campaign period.

Meeting with Lula – The governor wavered when responding to the acts of coup leaders in Brasilia on January 8. The head of the São Paulo executive first decided not to participate in a meeting with President Lula (PT) with the governors and suffered criticism, but he backtracked and made the compromise.

brother-in-law appointment – Tarcísio went back on the nomination of his brother-in-law Mauricio Pozzobon Martins as special advisor.
