The box with luxury jewelry seized by the Federal Revenue and which was supposedly intended for former first lady Michelle Bolsonaro contains a white gold necklace with pendants, studded with diamonds, as well as earrings, a ring and a watch by the Swiss brand Chopard.

Details of the jewels were shown by Jornal Nacional, from Rede Globo, which had access to the deposit at the airport in Guarulhos (SP), where the objects valued at around R$ 16.5 million remain and which the Bolsonaro government tried to illegally bring .

Luxury items were seized in October 2021. The former president’s personal collection accumulated during his visit to the Planalto goes far beyond the package sent by Saudi Arabia, showed a report by Sheet. The list includes 44 watches, 74 knives, 54 necklaces, 112 ties, 618 caps, 448 soccer jerseys and 245 face shields, as well as ammunition and a bulletproof vest.

This Thursday (9), the minister of the TCU (Union Court of Auditors) Augusto Nardes prohibited Bolsonaro from using or selling luxury items sent to him as gifts by the government of Saudi Arabia and delivered by the entourage led by Bento Albuquerque.
