The month of March is busy for those who like to eat and drink in the capital of São Paulo. The agenda features events such as a festival dedicated to sake, meetings between chefs and the first edition of the year of the Feira Sabor Nacional, which combines gastronomy and cinema. Color
The restaurant specializing in meat turns seven years old and celebrates its anniversary with a strong team of chefs and mixologists, who create a nine-course harmonized menu for dinner on the 5th. Among the guests are names such as Tássia Magalhães, from Nelita, Giovanna Grossi, from Animus, and Gerônimo Athuel, from Rio de Janeiro’s Ocyá.

Elea Forneria
To celebrate the restaurant’s two years, chef Enrico Villela welcomes five chefs on the 17th, from 12pm to 6pm. The guests are Mauro Ferrari, from Cozinha dos Ferrari, Vinicius Pires (ex Evvai), Benê Souza (Virado), Paul Cho (Paul’s Boutique) and pastry chef Marianna Mota – each one prepares a special snack for the date.

National Flavor Fair
The event, this Saturday (2) and Sunday (3), mixes gastronomy, cinema and music at the Cinemateca. The space brings together stalls from producers and restaurants such as Mocotó, AE! Kitchen, Holy Burger, Mapu Baos, Ama.zo and Casa Tucupi. The cultural program features storytelling for children, a gardening workshop, a jazz show and screenings of films such as “Beauty and the Beast” (3rd, at 2:30 pm).

Just des Bartenders
Edith’s project, a new bar and French bistro in Vila Buarque, welcomes bartender Luiz Mascella (Regô and Terê) to prepare special drinks on Monday, the 4th. He meets mixologist Rafael Marachi to create cocktails such as the brisé banané, with Tennessee whiskey with cinnamon, banana, grapefruit and tonic water.

Sake Fair
On the 8th and 9th of this month, the festival brings together sake producers and importers, offering more than 40 labels of the Japanese drink, available for tasting. The ticket, for R$30, entitles you to a glass for the tasting and access to lectures on sake.
