Seasoned butter is an ace up your sleeve that will elevate the flavor of any meat, be it a barbecue steak, a roast, or even a simple grilled chicken.

Combining the creaminess of butter with a variety of herbs, spices and citruses, you can create a condiment that will delight everyone’s taste buds.

It can last for a month in the refrigerator or can be frozen for up to three months. The basic ingredient is butter at room temperature, at the point of ointment, and the preparation method is just by mixing the ingredients.

The trick is to prepare rolls, like salami, with cling film.

Place a sheet of cling film on a counter, the seasoned butter mixture in the center, forming a row. Take one of the ends, cover it with butter and roll it gently, as it is soft and may get crushed. After it is completely wrapped, hold the two ends and rotate it on the counter. It will form a little salami, tie a knot at both ends and store it in the fridge or freezer.

I will give you three suggestions.

A fresh herb butter that goes well with any type of meat and that I like to use on grilled beef steaks. As soon as I remove it from the heat, I place a slice on top and let it melt.

A citrus butter suitable for white meats, such as fish, pork and chicken, which can be used when preparing the protein in the frying pan.

And a more seasoned butter, which you can use for roasts like lamb shoulder. Butter can be spread on the meat during cooking, adding juiciness.
