Professional direction

Professor Jeanne Sousa, mother of Daniel Sousa, now 18 years old and former student at the Manaós Tech school, reveals the educational preparation her son received when he started studying at the technological education school at age 10, in the Padawan class. She says that Daniel has always participated in all projects and competitions such as OBR and FLL. Recently, the former Manaós Tech student was recently approved in 4th place for the Information System higher education course at the State University of Amazonas (UEA),

“My son learned at Manaós Tech about values, leadership, team spirit and competition. At Jedi level graduation, he presented an entrepreneurship project to a panel of evaluators where he developed a system to be used in publicizing and providing guidance on tourism. All of this happened before I was 14,”

says the former student’s mother.

For Jeanne, Daniel’s time at school was a fundamental part of her choice of career path. “I remember that my son learned to love programming while playing and, today, he has a guaranteed future and Manaós Tech played an active role in Daniel’s training by providing him with all the professional guidance internalized in the teachings he received. Wherever we went, we presented the Robotics certificate from Manaós Tech and then the doors opened to a certain and promising future. Until, last week, we had the great joy of Daniel passing the UEA entrance exam. A blessing for all of us!”, says Jeanne emotionally.
