Ronaldo bothers creditors by giving Cruzeiro shirt to TST minister

A photo published by Judge Flávio Boson, from the Federal Regional Court of the 6th Region (TRF6), next to ronaldo caused discomfort among several creditors of the cruise. The fact that the TST minister visited Ronaldo and received a personality shirt bothered many creditors and lawyers linked to the processes behind the scenes. They, however, prefer not to take a public position.
Judge Flávio Boson was part of the management of President Sérgio Santos Rodrigues. He was legal superintendent of Cruzeiro.
CRUISE DEBT
In the plan of creditors presented to the TRT (Regional Labor Court) last year, Cruzeiro admitted to having more than 300 labor lawsuits. The total debt exceeds R$ 180 million with former employees and former players of the club.
Cruzeiro opted for the Centralized Execution Regime (RCE), to avoid financial blockages and create a payment schedule.
Another step taken by the club was the judicial recovery. Measure that reduces debts with creditors and extends the term for payment.
The creditors’ meeting that was scheduled for December last year, but was postponed by the Justice, after Cruzeiro changed the payment conditions. A new date for the meeting has not yet been set.
Fred, Dedé, Thiago Neves and other athletes, in addition to former employees, are on the list of Cruzeiro’s creditors. All continue without receiving until there is a definition of Justice.
