Manaus (AM) — A special lunch or dinner deserves a large restaurant and a stunning view of the Rio Negro. Vinhedo Rio & Mar opens a new restaurant next Thursday (4), at 7pm, Vinhedo Mirante, located at the Lúcia Almeida viewpoint, on Avenida 7 de Setembro, no. floor, Historic Center of Manaus.

With a wide menu, Vinhedo features fish, seafood, international meats and one of the dishes that gained national and international dimension was the “Tambaqui de Ouro”, which will be present in the new restaurant and serves up to three people, With a very regional accompaniment of baião-de-dois, Uairini flour farofa with banana and vinaigrette, this fish is certainly a favorite among tourists and Amazonians.

Along the lines of the Vieiralves restaurant, Vinhedo Mirante will have a private room for meetings and get-togethers with space for up to 40 (forty) people; bilingual employees and Instagrammable spaces.

The place can also be the setting for weddings, revelation tea, family and business get-togethers. Vinhedo Mirante has a varied wine list and will be open from 9 am to midnight, including a regional coffee.

For a great celebration, Vinhedo Mirante will have the traditional Pirarucu Assado, serving up to 18 people, but there is also “golden meat” in individual portions weighing 350 grams with an Amazonian touch on the side. And there is a larger portion of the dish weighing 600 grams, known as Tomhawk, a cut made from striploin and bone-in Angus beef ribs roasted over coals.
