RenovaBR assists Costa Rican NGOs in training project – 06/08/2023 – Panel

The RenovaBR movement, focused on training new political leaders, signed a cooperation agreement with an entity with similar purposes in Costa Rica, its first international experience.
The exchange is with +Costa Rica, an organization that defines itself as an “incubator of political leaders”.
RenovaBR, which estimates it has trained more than 2,000 leaders across the country, transferred its methodology to the entity in the Central American country.
The Brazilian group offered training and provided information on how it conducts its selection process and organizes and administers the leadership training course.
+Costa Rica intends to qualify candidates from different parties with a view to contesting the municipal elections in the country next year. There will be 80 in this first phase.
“We are building a connection across borders to strengthen new political leaders and, consequently, our democracies”, says Eduardo Mufarej, founder of RenovaBR.
