São Paulo, March 2023 — Entries are open for Ambev’s Internship and Representative programs. With vacancies available for the Manaus (AM) units, Ambev is looking for people who dream big, value diversity, are curious, thirsty to learn, innovate and synergize with the company’s culture and values, such as: active listening, ownership, collaboration and long-term vision. Interested parties will be able to apply until April 11th.

During the program, they have the autonomy to manage projects, participate in mentoring with leaders and get involved in initiatives that generate a positive impact for the business and for our ecosystem”,

says Marina Cury, Head of Attraction at Ambev.

In this edition, the selection process will be hybrid and the face-to-face program. As soon as they register, the candidate will be able to choose the unit of their choice and the Ambev world that they most identify with: Business and Operations. The company does not limit the choice of candidates by college or course and the only prerequisite is to be enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Degree or Technologist, with conclusion expected between July 2024 and July 2025.

During the process, Ambev offers concrete and robust feedback, in addition to not requiring English tests, which makes the programs even more inclusive. The company will also carry out one of the non-mandatory steps in Ambeverso, an immersive platform within the metaverse for candidates to learn more about Ambev.

About Representa, aimed exclusively at self-declared black people (black and brown), its objective is to promote more racial equity in the labor market. All selected interns are entitled to take a free English course and an extra salary at the beginning of their journey at the company so that they can organize themselves in the new routine.
