Manaus (AM) – With the theme that exalts environmental awareness and sustainability, the street race of the Associação Amazonense do Ministério Público (AAMP) takes place on August 13, starting at 5:30 am. Registration is now open.

Organized by Tpía Produções and technically coordinated by Endurance Sports, the sporting event will start at the Amadeu Teixeira Arena, in the Center-South zone of Manaus. The AAMP Race – 2023 will be disputed in the distances of 5 km and 10 km, which will have as Competition Rules the Norms that govern the General Regulation of Road Events of the Brazilian Athletics Confederation (CBAT).

The minimum age for participation is 16 years old for the 5km Race and 18 years old for the 10km Race. The person in charge must register the minor athlete and he must accompany him on the day of the event. In the absence of the parent or guardian, written authorization will be required, with an authenticated and recognized signature and a copy of the identity document of the parent or guardian.

“This year’s AAMP race seeks to encourage sustainable practices to preserve the planet. We seek social change and awareness and, in a single event, we unite sport, sustainability and care for the environment”,

said AAMP president, Prosecutor Alessandro Samartin de Gouveia.

The event has great social relevance and engages athletes and environmental activists. The expectation is to bring together around 1,500 athletes, including amateurs and professionals, who will compete in the male and female categories.

For the winners of the race there will be awards with trophies for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places and medals for all participants who complete the course. Public Ministry employees and people with disabilities (PCDS) will have different categories.

The event will have a structure made up of support tents, a stage with sound, chemical toilets, hydration stations with mineral water and a medical station and ambulance, all to offer greater comfort and safety to participants. Applications are open until the 8th of August.

Enrollment

To register, the runner must access the Ticket Sports website at www.ticketsports.com.br and search for the AAMP race in the search field. You must choose which route you want to run, register and pay the amount of R$ 104.76, including the website service fee. It is necessary to have a registration on the Ticket Sports platform, which can be done quickly through the same link.

Kit withdrawal

The withdrawal of kits, which contain a personalized shirt; squeezer; visor, takes place on August 11th and 12th, during business hours, at the Track & Field store located in Manauara Shopping, Piso Castanheiras, L208-A.
