Do you have food in the fridge, but you’re not sure what to prepare with it? Do you want to make a special dish and don’t know where to start? A Sheet launches this Wednesday (20) CozinhAÍ, a tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate culinary recipes.

First, you enter any dietary restrictions, then it’s time to choose the type of preparation. You can write what you want to cook objectively, such as “lasagna”, “microwave cake”, “vegetarian sandwich”, among others, or select “starter”, “main course”, “sweet” and “quick snack “.

In the next step, you define which ingredients you want to use, the preparation time and how many people will be served. The entire process can take less than a minute.

To try it out, simply log in or register briefly and accept the terms of use. Subscribers of Sheet have access to an exclusive area to save their favorite recipes.

Chef experience

Chef Tuca Mezzomo, from the Charco restaurant in São Paulo, tested the platform’s abilities. He is also a chef at Vista Ibirapuera, a member of Clube Folha Gourmet, a benefit for subscribers that offers discounts and experiences in more than 200 restaurants in the city.

To carry out the test, Tuca chose ingredients that were easy to find at home: chicken breast, tomato, onion, white wine and potatoes. The tool’s proposal was a chicken in wine which, in the chef’s opinion, is tasty and easy to make.

“I made the entire recipe in one pan. My lunch was delicious and super practical. I made it in around 25 minutes. I recommend it”, says the chef.

In preparation, wine, tomatoes, onion and parsley combine to make a kind of sauce that accompanies the grilled chicken. Tuca gave his touch to the boiled potatoes by giving them a light crush so that they better absorb the flavors of the stew. Watch the chef’s experience and how to use CozinhAÍ:

CozinhAÍ is a platform based on natural language processing, AI capable of understanding human language to generate content.
