Randolfe receives military and firefighters from the former territory of Amapá benefited from readjustment – News of Brazil

On Friday, the 7th, Senator Randolfe Rodrigues received officials who are part of the Association of Military Police and Firefighters of the former Federal Territory of Amapá (Aspometerfa) to discuss the new challenges and celebrate the achievements for the categories.
During the meeting, the public servants thanked Senator Randolfe for his commitment and articulation of the National Congress Bill (PLN) 12/2023, which proposes an amendment to the 2023 Annual Budget Law to enable the granting of a 9% readjustment to public servants and soldiers belonging to the GDF security forces, soldiers, firefighters and pensioners from the former territories of Amapá, Roraima and Rondônia.
“President Lula signed the PLN last week, and next Wednesday, the 12th, the meeting at the National Congress will have as its priority agenda the vote on the PLN. After that, the budget margin will be opened for the payment of the 9% readjustment”assured the senator.
The salary increase will benefit 1,897 military personnel from Amapá, adding civil servants from Rondônia and Roraima, the number reaches a total of 13,889 benefited families.
Another struggle in the category is the payment of housing assistance. Adailton Santos, head of the Payroll Management Division of the former Territory of Amapá, said that technicians are working to homologate all employees who are entitled to the benefit.
“This is a situation that was not foreseen in the budget, but Senator Randolfe managed to guarantee R$ 21 million that will be used to pay housing assistance for 820 servants from Amapa in the former territory”celebrated Adailton Santos.
The senator thanked the reception and said that the main objective is to see the benefits reaching the people of Amapa. “Nothing makes me happier than seeing our work having a result, because what concerns my conscience is taking the job and delivering it. We guarantee a 9% salary adjustment and soon we will pay the housing allowance, which is also an old claim of the servers”celebrated Randolf.
Progress of Transposition
In 2019, only 19 people from Amapá benefited from the transposition ordinance, in 2020 that number reached 123 in total, 2021 plus another 307 and in 2022 there were 566 Amapá servers transposed.
Since March 2023, when the processes were analyzed again, 1987 employees were transferred to the Federal Government payroll. Being, 361 in two ordinances in March, plus 120 in April, another 347 in May and now, in June there were 1,159, including the servers of groups 1,050 and 992.
