Randolfe publishes 7th Transposition ordinance with over 248 beneficiaries from Amapá – News of Brazil

This Monday (31), the Special Commission for the Transposition of Former Territories published Ordinance No. 8015 of July 28, which brought the list of 248 people from Amapá who were transferred to the Federal framework. Senator Randolfe Rodrigues made the document available on his social networks.
The transfer of these civil servants to the endangered Federal framework complies with what is determined in the Proposed Constitutional Amendment (PEC) No. 98. This is the seventh ordinance published in 2023. Now, there are 2,235 people from Amapá who had their rights recognized this year .
“We celebrate every Minute and Ordinance that comes out, because it is a recognized direct, it is a change in people’s quality of life, more hope for those who were not working, in addition to savings in the coffers of State Governments and city halls, in addition to injection of resources in the local economy. It’s good for everyone!”, explained the senator, who has been raising the Transposition flag, was rapporteur for PEC 98 and is the author of PEC 07 that will expand Transposition.
Overview of Transposition
In 2019, only 19 people from Amapá benefited from the transposition ordinance; in 2020, that number reached 123 in total; 2021 plus another 307; and in 2022 there were 566 servers in Amapá transposed.
In 2023 there was progress in the analysis of processes. Since March, when the documents were analyzed again, 2,235 servants from Amapá were transferred to the Federal Government payroll, 361 in two ordinances in March, plus 120 in April, another 347 in May, in June there were 1,159 , including the servants of groups 1,050 and 992, and in July 248 more people.
