Randolfe articulates BRL 60 million for investment in health in the municipalities of Amapá – News of Brazil

This Tuesday (23), Senator Randolfe Rodrigues, leader of the Lula Government in the Federal Congress, was informed that more than R$ 60 million should be released to the municipalities of Amapá. The senator arranged for the amount to be distributed among the 16 cities in Amapá. The resource must be applied in health, especially in primary care.

In total, there will be R$60,681,368.06 in investments in strategic actions, financial incentives for Primary Health Care (PHC) – training and performance, in addition to the PCH computerization program. The amount, for example, can be used in the Basic Health Units (UBS) where actions and care are carried out aimed at prevention and health promotion.

The division of amounts destined for each city was established by the Ministry of Health itself.

Macapá, the state capital, will receive R$ 23,401,686.56; Santana, on the other hand, will take into account BRL 8,702,207.99; and the municipality of Laranjal do Jari, R$ 5,178,948.41. The rest will be forwarded to other cities.
