PT remains divided in the vote on the SP Master Plan – 06/22/2023 – Mônica Bergamo

The PT bench in the Chamber of Deputies should, once again, be divided in the vote on the project to revise the Strategic Master Plan (PDE) of São Paulo, scheduled for next Monday (26).

The party will hold a meeting this Thursday afternoon (22) to formalize its position, but some of the parliamentarians who were against the project in the first vote would still not be satisfied with the changes in the new text.

According to interlocutors heard by the column, Luna Zarattini, Hélio Rodrigues and João Ananias are the PT members who should go against the proposal. Sought by the column, Hélio confirms that “he is not convinced”.

In the first round, the party was divided, with four against and four in favor, stating that it would be a strategy to negotiate amendments and changes in the text of the rapporteur, Rodrigo Goulart (PSB).

In addition to the leader of the acronym in the House, Senival Moura, Arselino Tatto, Jair Tatto and Manoel del Rio voted in favor. The PT members Luna Zarattini, Hélio Rodrigues, Alessandro Guedes and João Ananias were against it.

Alessandro would have changed sides and must vote in favor in the final vote.

Goulart presented the new text this Thursday morning (22). In the column, Senival stated that the project “improved a lot” and that the situation “is evolving” for it to be approved.
