The nomination of federal deputy Marco Bertaiolli (PSD) as counselor of the State Court of Auditors (TCE) should be confirmed in August by the Legislative Assembly. The nomination is sponsored jointly by his party and the PL.
In addition, by agreement of the base parties of governor Tarcísio de Freitas, the next vacancy to be opened in the court of accounts, in 2024, should fall to the Republicans. There’s still no name set, however.
Bertaiolli is already preparing to join the court. He was last Thursday (20) at the TCE headquarters paying a visit to the director he will replace, Edgard Camargo Rodrigues.
