The initiatives need to integrate a risk management plan, as well as sectoral public policies and development themes at the state and municipal levels.

The project is based on the National Policy on Climate Change (PNMC) and provides for the integration of mitigation and adaptation strategies at the municipal and state levels, seeking to align actions aimed at mitigating the effects of the rainy season, floods and ebb of rivers. Amazonian. Monitoring of planned actions and reviewing the plan must be carried out every five years.
