– 15 Minutes podcast episode analyzes Lula’s decline in popularity (PT)
*) The recent Ipec survey on the popularity of the third Lula administration did not bring great news to the PT administration.
According to the survey, 32% of Brazilians consider Lula’s administration as fair and 28% as bad or terrible, both growing in comparison with previous surveys.
Even in the president’s biggest electoral stronghold, the Northeast, management faces some problems. According to Ipec, the PT’s approval in the region has dropped from 55% to 45% since April.
The numbers follow in the wake of several events that show a certain dehydration of the government on multiple fronts. Last Wednesday (7), for example, Lula was booed and called a ‘thief’ when he participated in the Bahia Farm Show, the largest agricultural fair in the North and Northeast of the country and the second largest in Brazil.
This episode of 15 Minutes podcast analyzes Lula’s decline in popularity.
