Podemos invited former deputy Deltan Dallagnol to coordinate a project to train political leaders in the party, after the impeachment of the parliamentarian by the Superior Electoral Court (TSE). The Board of Directors of the Chamber of Deputies confirmed the loss of Dallagnol’s mandate this Tuesday (6), but he is still awaiting a decision by the Federal Supreme Court (STF) on the issue.

Podemos was the party to which Dallagnol joined, in 2021, after asking for dismissal from the Federal Public Ministry (MPF) to run as a federal deputy – he was the most voted in Paraná last October, with 344 thousand votes. After the impeachment of the former head of the Lava Jato task force, another deputy from Podemos will take over the vacancy: Luiz Carlos Hauly.

According to Dallagnol’s press office, he is still reflecting on the invitation made by Podemos.
