This Tuesday (21), the proposed amendment to the Constitution (PEC) 7/2018, by senator Randolfe Rodrigues (Rede-AP), which unifies the criteria for integrating civil servants from the former territories into the federal public administration, at the request of the author of the article.
This is good news for servers in the former territories of Amapá, Roraima and Rondônia. Application number 92/2023, authored by Senator Randolfe, requested the unfiling of PEC 7, following the protocol of the house.
“The next step is to wait for the vote on the proposed amendment in the plenary of the Federal Senate. We will continue working so that the PEC advances and enables more people to be reached by the Transposition”explained the senator from Amapá.
