PL creates TV pieces with support from Nunes and may lose Salles – 05/03/2023 – Panel

At the dinner promoted by Mayor Ricardo Nunes (MDB) with national political leaders last week to discuss his re-election campaign, representatives of the PL stated that the party intends to mention the emedebista in TV insertions that begin in June.

At the meeting, the representatives of União Brasil, PL and PP were the ones who showed the most enthusiasm with Nunes’ candidacy, which should have Guilherme Boulos (PSOL) and Tabata Amaral (PSB) as opponents.

The pieces with mentions of Nunes are already in production by Duda Lima, Jair Bolsonaro’s (PL) marketer in 2022 at the suggestion of Valdemar Costa Neto, president of the PL.

As the Panel revealed, Lima should also run Nunes’ campaign in 2024 and presented a survey on the mayor during the dinner, which was also attended by Valdemar, Gilberto Kassab (PSD), Baleia Rossi (MDB), Ciro Nogueira (PP ), Renata Abreu (Podemos), among others.

In an interview with UOL, federal deputy Ricardo Salles said that if his name is not highlighted in the TV insertions of the PL, he will leave the initials in July. He told the Panel that he will be a candidate for mayor of São Paulo in 2024 and has been telling allies that, if he does not go for the PL, it will be for another party.
