The PGR (Attorney General’s Office) sent this Friday (27) to the STF (Federal Supreme Court) over 150 complaints against people involved in the anti-democratic acts that took place on January 8 in Brasília. The number of accused reaches 254.
The target group of this fifth batch of complaints is accused of inciting the Armed Forces against the Powers and criminal association. The denounced were arrested in the camp in front of the Army headquarters, in Brasília, in the morning of the following day.
“The camp became a meeting point for a stable and permanent association, which established itself and remained there even during the practice of acts of vandalism and anti-democratic protests consummated on January 8, 2023”, said deputy prosecutor Carlos Frederico Santos, representative of the PGR who signs the denouncements.
Santos was appointed by Augusto Aras to coordinate the strategic group to combat anti-democratic acts, created at the Attorney General’s Office.
