Federal Police report that indicted former president Jair Bolsonaro (PL) in the case of vaccination cards states that the fraud may have been carried out within the scope of the attempt to carry out a coup d’état in the country and prevent Lula (PT) from taking office. .

Bolsonaro, former aide-de-camp Mauro Cid, federal deputy Gutemberg Reis (MDB-RJ) and 14 other people were indicted by the PF in the case that investigates the falsification of Covid-19 vaccine certificates

Also according to the report, Mauro Cid confirmed that the falsifications on his vaccination card and on the card of the former president’s daughter, Laura, were made at Bolsonaro’s request.

“The president, after learning that the employee had vaccination cards for himself and his family, requested that the employee do so for him as well,” says the report.

“The former president gave the order to make cards for him and his daughter, Laura Bolsonaro. (…) May the collaborator [Mauro Cid] confirms that he requested the cards from the former president and his daughter Laura Bolsonaro as ordered by former president Jair Bolsonaro and that he printed the certificates”.

Bolsonaro’s lawyer, Fábio Wajngarten, complained on social media about what he called a leak in the investigation.

This investigation is linked to the digital militias investigation, which is being processed in secret at the STF (Supreme Federal Court) under the report of Minister Alexandre de Moraes.
