PAC focused on sanitation and urbanization of favelas received 35 thousand proposals – 11/16/2023 – Panel

The new PAC Seleções, focusing on sanitary sewage works, solid waste management and slum upgrading, has already attracted more than 35 thousand proposals from 27 states and 96% of Brazilian municipalities.
The numbers will be announced this Thursday (16) in Belém by the ministers of Cities, Jader Filho, and the Minister of the Civil House, Rui Costa.
The projects were filed between October 9th and November 12th. 6,721 proposals were sent to the Ministry of Cities, which represent investments of R$295 billion in the Sustainable Cities and Water for All axes.
