Students who are preparing for the National High School Examination (Enem), which is the main way to enter a public university, can count on the help of the educational content that open TV provides, from classes with teachers to specific programs History, English and Biology, for example. From Monday to Friday, at 4:30 pm, in “The Mysteries of Evolution”, viewers can immerse themselves in the genetic world of the animal kingdom, with explanations from biologists and ecologists.

All these channels can be tuned to the satellite dish signal, which is undergoing a migration process in Brazil, from the C band to the Ku band, due to the start of the operation to release 5G technology in the country. As the super-fast internet signal will operate on the frequency currently occupied by the conventional satellite dish, there will be interference in television transmission, and anyone who does not replace analogue equipment with digital will have interference in signal reception.
