New Year’s Eve Gospel attracts Christians to Cassiane and Fernanda Brum shows in Manaus

National shows provided a great celebration of faith, with lots of praise and worship

New Year’s Eve Gospel 2024, promoted by Manaus City Hall, within the program of “The Greatest New Year’s Eve of All”, was held on Saturday night (30), on Ponta Negra beach, organized for the Christian public to celebrate the end of a year of blessings for another to receive. The national shows by singers Cassiane and Fernanda Brum provided a great celebration of faith, with lots of praise and worship, as did the six local attractions.

The mayor of Manaus, David Almeida, followed the shows, expressed happiness that the population had embraced this program and said that the Christian festival is on the Official Calendar of Manaus and, if it depends on him, it will never leave again.

“It’s the city’s second New Year’s Eve Gospel and I’m sure it won’t leave the calendar again. As long as I’m in charge of city hall, we’ll be carrying out this program. I’m very happy, because the population understood and is celebrating this second New Year’s Eve”,

declared the mayor.

The event featured a megastructure set up by Manaus City Hall, operated by the City Cooperation Center (CCC), in conjunction with the Municipal Foundation for Culture, Tourism and Events (Manauscult) and the Municipal Secretariat for Public Security and Social Defense ( Semsec).

“Manaus City Hall set up a megastructure for this event. There are more than two thousand people working directly and more than 6 thousand indirectly. The entire perimeter closed with total security. The population is safe to just enjoy the wonderful attractions”,

said the CEO of Manauscult, Reginei Rodrigues.

Praises of blessings

Singer Cassiane participated in the first New Year’s Eve Gospel and returned this year to repeat the dose of evangelization with her powerful voice.

“I feel privileged to participate in all the festivities that take place in the cities, which are in my area, of the gospel. I think it is a blessing, because we are here to prophesy the blessing of the Lord. My heart is open and with my mouth I will prophesy. We are at the end of 2023, God made promises and he will fulfill them”,

prophesied.

Fernanda Brum was also very happy to be able to bring the word of God on the penultimate day of the year and left a message of hope for the Manauaras.

“I am very happy to be on this penultimate day of the year bringing the word of God, bringing worship, bringing this environment of peace, this delight that is being in the presence of God for all Manauaras. Don’t lose hope. 2024 is there to prove that God is a God of promises, he is a firm God, he is a wonderful God, who always fulfills what he promises to his servants”,

he said.

“Many people are being edified, people who like to worship God. This is a very important moment, which brings spiritual edification to all these people”,

said operator Francisco Oliveira, who attended the event.

Pastor Maicon Silva, who was at this celebration in Ponta Negra for the first time, said that it was a night of excellence for the glory of the Lord. “May the name of the Lord be praised, glorified, by this united people who are here, precisely, to worship and glorify God. We are very happy for an event like this.”
