The return of New Year’s Eve is the establishment of a new brand for Amapá, which is projected on the itinerary of major national events at the end of the year, boosting the economy, tourism, culture and local productions. According to the State Secretariat for Tourism (Setur), the expectation is that for every R$1 invested, R$5 to R$7 will return to the state.
The structure of Beira Rio’s New Year’s Eve brings a completely modern environment, with a stage, sound and lighting, guaranteed by the State Government. The remaining investments were guaranteed from the Ministry of Tourism and the private sector, with resources guaranteed through the coordination of Senator Davi Alcolumbre.
The event opens this Saturday, 30th, with performances on Fazendinha beach and in the North Zone of Macapá. The event continues on Sunday, 31st, and on Monday, 1st, from 7pm, at the amphitheater of Fortaleza de São José. The three days of celebration bring together 60 attractions, 10 of which are national. More than 4 thousand agents will guarantee public safety.
New Year’s Eve Beira Rio, with more than 60 artistic and cultural attractions. The highlight of the event will be a pyromusical show, lasting around ten minutes to welcome the new year in style and with respect for those who are sensitive to very loud noises.
Celebration – The light show can be seen by everyone who attends the program at the amphitheater of Fortaleza de São José, on the banks of the Amazon River, in the first minutes of Monday, 1st. The fireworks display will be synchronized to the beat of music. Unlike the fireworks bomb, which rises into the sky and explodes, the pyromusical show brings a ray of light visible up to a certain range, making it possible to view it throughout the show area or central city center.
