New ministry of microenterprises can use Funasa position – 09/15/2023 – Panel
The positions of the new Ministry of Entrepreneurship, Microenterprise and Small Business, assigned to Márcio França (PSB) in the ministerial reform, must come from the restructuring of Funasa (National Health Foundation) or from the transformation of positions foreseen in a project sent by the government on Tuesday (12).
The alternatives are studied while the commission finalizes the proposal for restructuring Funasa, a body that is in the center’s sights. Currently, the expectation is that it will be handed over to the Republicans, led by deputy Marcos Pereira (SP), although Gilberto Kassab’s PSD has also requested the foundation.
The project that includes the transformation of positions will be reported by deputy André Figueiredo (PDT-CE), leader of the largest bloc in the Chamber of Deputies. The text foresees the transformation of 13,375 vacant permanent positions into 6,692 positions — according to the government, the majority of intermediate-level educational positions would be transformed into higher-level educational positions, without increasing expenses.
In addition, the project creates 2,243 commissioned positions, which can be filled without the need for a public examination, and trust functions.
