New holder of Tourism opens agenda for parliamentarians and ministers – 07/20/2023 – Panel

In his first three days as Minister of Tourism, Celso Sabino has already met with 16 parliamentarians and five ministers. His predecessor in office, Daniela Carneiro, had been criticized for not opening the agenda for parliamentarians.
Federal Deputy for Pará, Sabino entered the government in the quota of União Brasil, after Carneiro’s decision to leave the party. One of his missions is precisely to increase the dialogue channel with Congress and the political environment.
On Thursday (20), Sabino also opened space on the agenda for the mayor of Belém, Edmilson Rodrigues (PSOL), to discuss actions to promote COP-30, which will be held in the capital of Pará in 2025.
