As the government wanted: Exceptional permission for networks to offer mandatory subjects in 2,100 hours, as long as they are combined with a technical course of at least 800 hours. As the rapporteur proposes: 1,800 hours for mandatory subjects; and 1,200 hours for the chosen technical course (different from the load of other optional subjects). ➡️ DISTANCE LEARNING How it is today: Legislation allows content to be delivered through online activities and education systems to sign agreements with distance education institutions. As the government wanted: Prohibit the offering of the curricular components of Basic General Training in the Distance Education modality and regulate the offering of this modality in specific contexts for training itineraries. As the rapporteur proposes: Course hours intended for basic general training must be offered in person, with technology-mediated teaching permitted, exceptionally, based on regulations to be drawn up.
