The survey also indicated that Cuiabá is the capital with the cheapest price for ethanol, with an average resale price of R$ 3.24. ICMS on gasoline On June 1st, the change in the collection format of the Tax on Circulation of Goods and Services (ICMS) on gasoline in the Brazilian states became effective.
