The Minister of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) Alexandre de Moraes gave the Federal Police ten days to present a partial report on the investigation of the acts of vandalism that took place in Brasília on the 8th. of the PF, Andrei Passos, on the 13th and published on Tuesday (17), reported CNN Brasil.

The magistrate asks the PF to present “evidence already collected, identifying the agents with jurisdiction by prerogative by function that, in theory, may have contributed to the crimes under investigation, listing the respective evidence”.

Moraes also determined that the intervenor in public security in the Federal District, Ricardo Cappelli, “provides clarification regarding the conduct of public security agents in the Federal District”. The minister also questioned the Minister of Justice, Flávio Dino, about a possible investigation of crimes against President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.
