Minister Padilha says that Chamber will vote on Carf, Arcabouço and PAA today

The Minister of Institutional Relations, Alexandre Padilha, said that the leaders of the parties that make up the Chamber of Deputies are ready this Friday (7th) for the three topics that are on the agenda. They are the Board of Directors for Tax Resources (Carf), the Fiscal Framework and the Food Acquisition Program (PAA).

The minister granted a press conference after meeting with leaders in the Chamber of Deputies. “I was invited to come here, to the Chamber, so that the leaders could convey to the government the evaluation they made about today’s agenda”, explained Padilha. After the press conference, Minister Padilha indicated that the leaders would inform the other deputies of their intention to vote on the three matters shortly after voting on the four remaining highlights of the Tax Reform.

Minutes after the end of the press conference, the president of the Chamber of Deputies, Arthur Lira (PP-AL) started the agenda, starting the voting.
