Miguel Falabella defends the ‘loving institution’ and says he doesn’t believe in loyalty

Miguel Falabella said he does not believe in loyalty and defended “loving institution”. “Whoever doesn’t betray, rots. This is a Catholic thing. That does not exist. Fidelity is not sexual, loyalty is of character, of friendship. This is being faithful”he said.

The actor recently participated in the podcast Theorapia, presented by Theodoro Cochrane, son of journalist Marília Gabriela, and spoke about how he evaluates and deals with romantic relationships in his life.

“I believe that relationships are intense and eternal while they last. I have always lived my truths. If I’m with you, it’s because I want to be with you. Tomorrow won’t happen anymore”,

commented.

Furthermore, Miguel also defended that betrayals do not need to be talked about between couples or openly, and admitted that he prefers to omit the details of his supposed infidelities.

“Lovers are a French institution. Everyone has a lover in France. Nobody talks about lovers. It’s like having a second car for the rotation. Of course, you don’t need to know. Nobody like. I don’t believe in open relationships. I think it’s weird. I prefer to do it hidden”,

he said.

Despite this, the actor admitted that he has already suffered from betrayal. But he argued that this only occurred during his youth. “I’ve already suffered because of betrayal. When we are younger, we suffer. But what you suffer isn’t because of the person, it’s because of your low self-esteem.”
