The buffet per kilo is perfect for those who like to explore flavors and try a little of everything. Elected by popular vote as the best buffet per kilo in Curitiba in the 2023 Bom Gourmet Awards, the Kurytyba restaurant stands out for exactly this difference.
In operation since September 2020, Kurytyba, with y to refer to the name of the city in the indigenous Guarani language (which means city with many pine trees), serves Brazilian food with a gourmet touch. Designed by chef Alessandro Picoli, the menu focuses on dishes that are not often found in buffets by the kilo.
Among the favorites of customers at the best buffet per kilo in Curitiba are the Greek Shrimp and Entrevero de Pinhão, served on Fridays; Salmon with passion fruit sauce and grilled Filet Mignon served on Mondays. Bobó de Camarão na strawberry, every Wednesday, and Arroz Negro com Povo, on Thursdays, are also among the most consumed. The restaurant offers warm, familiar service and renews the menu every week. The price per kilo is R$89.90. In-person service and take away.
