Mayor Furlan swears in new secretaries of the Municipal Executive administration – News of Brazil

This Friday (1st) the mayor of Macapá, Dr. Furlan, appointed new secretaries for the administration of the Municipal Executive. The ceremony took place in the auditorium of the Municipal Culture Foundation – Fumcult.
“Today we swore in four new secretaries. I want to thank those who are currently leaving to perform other functions. And I wish success to the new municipal managers”, said Dr. Furlan.
Fernanda Cabral, head of the Municipal Management Secretariat, thanked the managers who left, but highlighted that they will be taking on new tasks. Furthermore, she added that municipal management seeks to take care of the people. “Thank you very much for contributing to the new management”he said.

Madson Millor Lima Rodrigues, Municipal Secretary of Education
Teacher, with 23 years of classroom experience; 9 years as higher education course coordinator; also coordinated the implementation of several higher education courses in Amapá, together with the Ministry of Education; Information Technology Analyst; Specialist in Computer Networks; Social Security Specialist; He served as Chief Executive Officer of Macapá Previdência and also as Liquidating Administrator of URBAM. He has CGRPPS and COBIT certifications. Today, he is the third substitute Federal Deputy for Amapá.
Father Paulo Roberto, director-president of the Municipal Institute for Policies for the Promotion of Racial Equality
Father Paulo has a degree in Theology and has been ordained a priest since 1991. In 2010 he founded the group of people, the Joel Magalhães Cancer Prevention Institute (IJOMA). He also founded the Amapá academy in Batuque Mara Baixo. He was the creator and mentor of Africa Week in Amapá and the Josefa Pereira Laú Afro Amazon Museum. He has always provided relevant benefits to society, mainly encouraging the movement of Afro-descendants and cultural people in the State.
Juliano Del Castilo, Municipal Secretary of Agriculture
Juliano is a lawyer, with diverse experience in public service, he worked as a legal advisor, chief of staff, secretary of Budget, Planning and Finance. He participated decisively in sustainable financing for the creation of the Territorial Family Agriculture and Forestry program – Protaf, and obtained investments for producers in various activities such as agriculture, fish farming, extractivism and others through the Secretariat of Rural Development – SDR and Rurap.
Juracy de Almeida Alencar, Municipal Family Secretary
Pastora Juracy has a degree in social work from UFPA and a master’s degree in Theology, 26 years of work as a social worker at the National Health Foundation where she retired. She held the position of Municipal Secretary of Community Action under the management of Dr. Papaléo Paes. She was director of social assistance at the Assembly of God church in Amapá for 49 years. She held the position of director at the Secretariat of Labor and Citizenship (Setraci).
