Lula says he reversed “terrifying scenario” in 100 days of government

President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) published this Sunday (9) in the newspaper Brazilian mailan article in which he comments on the first 100 days of government, which will be completed on Monday (10).
Entitled “Brazil is back!”, the text is, obviously, an exaltation of the beginning of the administration. Lula says that, despite being few, the 100 days in office were enough to reverse “a terrifying scenario” identified by nearly a thousand specialists from government transition groups.
Without major new launches, the President of the Republic mainly highlights programs from previous PT administrations that were “recycled” at the beginning of his government.
Among them, Bolsa Família, Minha Casa, Minha Vida, in addition to the PAA (Food Acquisition Program), a program that has a history of fraud and deviations, and Mais Médicos, which this time will not have an agreement with the dictatorship of Cuba for hiring foreign professionals.
Still in the article, Lula says that Brazil has left behind “the sad role of an international pariah”, thanks, according to him, to the resumption of an “active and haughty foreign policy.”
Remembering that the first 100 days of government were marked, for example, by some positions that minimized violations of the dictatorship in Nicaragua.
Also in international relations, more recently the government has rehearsed a rapprochement with Vladimir Putin, in the midst of a diplomatic offensive by Russia against the West.
