President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva (PT) said this Wednesday (18) that he is going to the United States on February 10. During an event with trade union centrals at the Planalto Palace, the representative also said that he should go to China in March.

The petista said he intends to rebuild Brazil’s image in the international community. “Sunday [dia 22] I’m going to Argentina, on the 10th I’m going to the United States, in March I’m going to China. We are already going to welcome Germany and France here. We are going to make Brazil become an international protagonist again and be respected”, said the president.

In early January, US President Joe Biden invited Lula to Washington in February. The two spoke by phone after the acts of vandalism in Brasilia. Before going to the US, the Chief Executive will visit Argentina and Uruguay.
