In a ceremony held at the Piratini Palace, this Thursday morning (23), Governor Eduardo Leite (PSDB) swore in Lisiane Lemos as secretary for Digital Inclusion and Support for Equity Policies. During the act, the governor highlighted the importance of the guidelines that will be addressed by the portfolio.
“We have to see the diversity that we have as a strength. Welcome to the government of Rio Grande do Sul. I am sure that we will do great things together”, projected Leite.
With a solid track record in the private sector in technology companies, Lisiane said she was prepared to collaborate with actions that could positively impact people’s lives. “I want to bring my experience from the private sector to add. Being a cross-sectional secretariat, we will have many things to do. Working with digital inclusion, which is what I love most, and with equity policies in my land is very satisfying”, said the new secretary.
Lisiane Lemos has a trajectory marked by the fight against racism and sexism in the job market. She has already been pointed out by important publications as one of the most promising young executives in the country.
She leaves a career in a multinational in the digital market, where she managed the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Recruitment Program for Latin America, to join the state secretariat.
