President Leila Pereira, from the palm treesprovoked Flamengo when talking about Libra (Brazilian Football League).

“I respect all clubs. I became president to make my club a winner and try to improve our football. I will not allow any club to use arrogance. This is my fight. I will not let certain clubs understand that they are better.
