Judge removes secrecy of investigation after Lula speaks of frame – 03/23/2023 – Power

Judge Gabriela Hardt, from the 13th Federal Court of Curitiba, authorized access to the Federal Police’s decisions and requests related to the investigation into the PCC’s plan to attack Senator Sergio Moro (União Brasil-PR) shortly after President Luiz Inácio’s statements Lula da Silva (PT) suggesting a possible “framing” of the former Lava Jato judge in the case.

“I’m going to research the reason for the sentence. I learned that the judge wasn’t even active when she gave her opinion to him.”

The investigators began their investigation based on the testimony of a former member of the PCC who became a protected witness of the Justice of São Paulo.

It was he who reported the ex-minister’s kidnapping plan, later taken to Federal Police investigators.

On Wednesday, the PF carried out 11 arrest warrants and a series of steps to dismantle a plan that would be underway to attack authorities, including Moro.
