In a solemn session held this Friday, in the auditorium of the 10th electoral zone of Macapá, the judge Adão Carvalho took office as president of the Court of Justice of Amapá. Adão replaces judge Rommel Araújo who, before the event, took stock of his management at the head of TJAP in the 2021/2023 biennium.
“The feeling is the feeling of duty done, of having collaborated with the judiciary, of having developed a work for the benefit of the population in the midst of such a difficult time that we are going through, which was the pandemic. We overcame these difficulties, justice did not stop working and we had a very large production on the part of the judiciary”, highlighted former president Rommel Araújo.
Adão Carvalho reached the ruling through his career in the magistracy of Amapa, approved in the 1st TJAP judge position and sworn in on October 5, 1991. The magistrate cites the priorities of his management at the head of the Amapá Court of Justice .
“We have a project to build a new building, for which the previous federal bench has already allocated resources, in the technological area we have many challenges and I want to continue the work of the predecessor. I also want to emphasize socio-inclusive issues, logically within our sphere of action, respecting the other powers and in harmony with them”, said the new president of Tjap.
Present at the event, Governor Clécio Luis highlighted the importance of the Amapaense Judiciary and congratulated the court for the relevant services provided to the society of Amapa.
“The Judiciary of Amapá became famous and stood out nationally as an agile power, which innovated in many actions, therefore it has a status, a level that we are very proud of”, highlighted the governor of Amapá.
The Minister of Integration and Regional Development, Waldez Góes, also attended the event. “The Justice of Amapá is a fast, modernized justice, with social inclusion, with resocialization work, it is a justice that in many moments served as an example and continues to be at a national level”, highlighted Waldez Góes.
In addition to judge Adão Carvalho, judge Mário MAzurek (vice president) and Jayme Ferreíra (inspector) were also sworn in.
